What to do after a water loss?

If you have experienced a water loss of any kind in your home, it is important to act fast and get help. If disaster strikes, here are a few steps of the cleanup and restoration process.

1. Get in touch with SERVPRO of Billings as quickly as possible. Our team will quickly respond and start the remediation process. In many cases, water extracting will be the first step.

2. When all the water has been removed, SERVPRO can begin the drying process. The drying equipment will be strategically placed to ensure the quickest evaporation process possible.

3. Our Billings team will monitor the job each day as it dries. Once dried, our team will remove the equipment.
